EPIC SERVICES follow the standard return and refund policies provided by eBay.

RETURN POLICY: The purchased device must be returned with all accessories provided, in its “as received by the customer” condition (which includes both software and hardware) within 30 days of the purchase. Return shipment costs are paid by the customer, except for cases in which the explicit consent of EPIC SERVICES is provided to refund those costs.

REFUND POLICY: Cancelled or returned orders will be refunded as per standard EBAY refund policy. Specific refunds can be agreed with customers on demand. Such refunds are not a default option and are solely provided upon EPIC SERVICES approval and conditions.

EPIC SERVICES S.à r.l undertake to perform repair and refurbishment services with the competence and diligence expected of a professional in accordance with the best practices.

Please note that in general, all customer repair activities performed on a device would VOID the standard manufacturer warranty if available and the warranty provided by EPIC SERVICES.

EPIC SERVICES use ONLY HIGH-QUALITY replacement parts and provide a limited 12-month warranty for all parts replaced by EPIC SERVICES and a limited 6-month warranty on replacement batteries. Standard refurbished equipment purchases have a 6 months warranty.

Warranty terms may vary with specific devices. Such particular warranty clauses or variations are described in the details of the postings and have to be read thoroughly.

Eventual issues with a purchased device must be reported within a 30-day period.

The EPIC SERVICES product purchase warranty is provided for a device, ONLY if the unique identifier (IMEI, Serial Number, or other identification number) of the device is the same as the one purchased, is clearly readable or can be verified in the device settings or components.

EPIC SERVICES cannot be held responsible for devices repaired by another party. Such devices are therefore excluded from any purchase or repair warranties.

EPIC SERVICES do NOT provide warranty on devices that have sustained liquid, significant physical damage or logic/motherboard damage. Such devices will be handled by EPIC SERVICES on best effort basis. Bent frames are also included in this category, as the repair parts might not fit properly or might remain under tension with would cause eventual damage.

EPIC SERVICES cannot be held responsible for any charges or customer service interruption the customer may incur due to a returned device for repair, replacement or cancelled order.

If a purchased device must be returned for repair, and testing must be performed using passwords and codes setup on the device, those passwords or codes must be provided. Otherwise, EPIC SERVICES cannot conduct proper testing of the issue and therefore no warranty on the repair.

EPIC SERVICES cannot be held responsible for any data loss. Data backup and data management is the Customer’s responsibility.

While performing repair or replacement activities, EPIC SERVICES may be responsible for accessing and managing Customer Data classified as PERSONAL. The definition of such Data and the way in which it is managed by EPIC SERVICES are related to the law of August 1, 2018 organizing the National Commission for Data Protection and implementing Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of the European Parliament (..) and more particularly to articles 32 and 35 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (here called "GDPR").

COMMITMENT OF EPIC SERVICES CONCERNING GDPR:

EPIC SERVICES S.à r.l, as a Service Provider, respects and fully undertakes to comply with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR and declares to:

  • Respect, throughout all repair activities, the applicable laws regarding the management of personal data as described in the GDPR.
  • Process the data only for the purposes of the repair activities and for the needs related to the correct execution those repair activities, their payment and follow-up.
  • Process the data in accordance with the specific documented instructions provided by the Client (if applicable).
  • Guarantee the confidentiality of the data managed and ensure that the data is only accessible to authorized persons only working for the execution of the repair services, who:
    • Undertake to fully respect the confidentiality related to the GDPR.
    • Receive instructions and training from EPIC SERVICES S.à r.l to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge in terms of personal data protection.

PURCHASING a device, from EPIC SERVICES dictates that the customer has read, understood and agrees the terms and conditions enumerated in this disclaimer.
